2023 spring crop is in!

From a protected nature reserve in the Fujian province in China known as the Wuyi Shan region, comes this spectacular black tea. Grown without chemical spraying, the pureness of the region and the soil shine through in the malty, rich tea alight with honey notes and hints of fruit and chocolate. Well-balanced flavors, but still robust.

Also known as Golden Beautiful Eyebrow, the tea is made up exclusively of tender young buds, ensuring a sweeter flavor and making it one of the most popular and sought after black teas in the world.

Basic Brewing Instructions:

  • Black tea benefits from a 10 second rinse with the same temperature water as used for brewing.

  • 208˚ F water temperature. (Just below boiling.)

  • Use 1 teaspoon per 8oz. of filtered water
