Shipping & Delivery within the United States and Canada
- $6.00 flat rate shipping on all orders within the US. To our dear Canadian customers, please see below for international shipping to you. See below for further info.
- We are located in Minnesota, and ship through USPS.  Tracking info provided to your submitted email address via USPS.
- We will work hard to process your order within 2 business days.  Most often shipping is same-day. 
- Orders placed on Fridays or throughout the weekend will not be shipped until Monday at the earliest.

- If a parcel has been marked as delivered but you cannot find it, we are unable to do anything. We cannot issue a refund or send a replacement, and we cannot file a claim for a parcel that has been marked as delivered. We recommend you check at an alternate entrance to your domicile, at a neighbor's house or apartment, or at the front desk of your apartment complex or place of business to see if the parcel has simply been misdelivered. If the parcel is not in one of those locations, please contact the courier to see if they can help locate your parcel. If your address and/or mailbox is not a secure place to receive packages then please ask us about adding a signature confirmation service. If you have any doubts about the safety of packages left at your home or place of work then please choose a shipping method that requires a signature for delivery!

- Once a package has left our hands, we cannot do anything to speed a package along or change shipping address. Please make certain that you provide us with the most accurate shipping address. Know that once USPS takes custody of a package, we cannot reimburse or ship a replacement package if lost or delayed. It needs to be taken up with USPS by the customer. Rest assured, every parcel we have shipped in the 18+ years of being in business has reached it’s destination, though once in a while a delay happens and again, that is out of our control. If you are wanting insurance on a package, reach out to us prior to shipping and we will calculate that rate and send you an invoice for the extra charge.

Shipping & Delivery International
- We ship everywhere customs allows tea, though our shopping cart only supports US addresses.
Contact Us with the items you would like, your full shipping address, and PayPal-linked email address.
- We will send you a PayPal invoice and ship to the address you provide upon payment.  Payment is verification of address.
- Mandala Tea only charges actual international shipping, no hidden or "handling" fees.
- You will receive shipping confirmation via USPS.
*IMPORTANT* we cannot track shipments internationally.  Once packages leave the US, buyer is 100% responsible.
- No refunds for packages held in customs, lost overseas, confiscated, etc.
- Tracking and insurance features available for international shipments upon request, but add significantly to the cost.

Privacy & Security

Here at Mandala, we strive to provide you with the most updated information and the highest quality product and combine it with the best service we know how.  We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through our secure server.  We will not release any of this information to any third party.  While we do maintain records of orders placed, we never keep credit card information.

Should you choose to place your order by phone, we will enter order and shipping data into our computer but credit card information will be entered only into our secure processor, encrypted and never stored.

 Returns & Replacements

PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ANY PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS. 
We want you to be satisfied with your order. 

    * Unopened, unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of their shipping date. 
    * You MUST contact us prior to returning items for authorization. 
    * Include a copy of your receipt in your return/exchange package.
    * You are responsible for return shipping.
    * If an item is broken in shipping, please contact USPS for insurance claim. Remember to file in a timely fashion as there is a time limit between delivery and filing a claim. If you desire, we can send a new unit at a discount plus shipping provided we have pics of your broken item and we receive notice right away that an item was broken in transit. We cannot absorb the costs of shipping a new item and shipping for free so please don’t ask. We are a very small business. Thank you for your understanding.
    * Refunds will be issued in the same form as the order was purchased, minus the shipping and credit card processing fees.  

Ordering
All orders may be placed online via our secure server with a credit card or through Paypal Express.  You are welcome to call us directly or Contact Us for further information on products, or to place an order to pay with check or money order.  We are happy to make this option possible for you.     

Tax  
We live in MN, therefore, if you live in Minnesota you will be charged sales tax on teawares, tea is non-taxable.

Once you set up a MandalaTea account you can view your recent orders, saved shopping cart, and wish list at any time.

Updating Account Information
