Grown at high altitude above beautiful Yunnan, this crop was harvested in Spring 2024. It is aromatic and flavorful and stored properly (airtight and light-free) will easily retain full flavor for two years or more!
We recommend trying it with shorter steepings (starting at 10 seconds) in order to taste the sweetness of the leaf and longer infusions to get the nuttiness. Plenty of vegetal notes abound. A true beauty of a green tea that's sure to put some harvest-time in your cup and a spring in your step!
