Ready to taste an incredible spiced tea that’ll have you setting your alarm earlier? You’ll look forward to each cup of this fine blend, spurring your water kettle to heat faster so you can get to savoring this chai.

The medium caffeine content is from the fine Nepalese black tea, a higher ratio than our low-caffeine chai, Om Shanti. The other ingredients in the blend make for one incredibly aromatic and very tasty experience. Ginger, cardamom, cinnamon leaf and black pepper make this blend so engaging and balanced, just the aroma alone will have you grateful to be alive and breathing!

To brew, place a healthy heaping teaspoon of the blend in your tea pot, add 8 oz of water at 208º F and steep for 5 minutes. Decant and enjoy. You may re-steep the leaves again for even more soothing hydration. We recommend an initial rinse with the 208º water so as the prime the leaf and warm the pot, just 10 seconds or so and pour off into sink before doing the actual steeping.

Try it with your choice of milk/milk substitute. We love it with a couple ounces of warmed coconut milk and honey stirred in after steeping!
