Pouchong Oolong
All the way from Taiwan, comes our Pouchong oolong, an exquisite tea sure to please. Pronounced “poe shong” and grown at lower altitudes and with zero sprays, these tea plants are grown in and nourished by the clouds and fog often present. Packed with nutrients and antioxidants, it offers up an aroma delicate and mild, with a sweet, floral fruity flavor.
Very lightly oxidized, this tea is oft categorized between green and oolong, but lacking the sharper edges sometimes present in a green tea. Pouchong is famous for its floral and melon fragrance and has a rich, mild taste, with hints of sugar cane and cream, the lightest flavored of oolong teas. You’re gonna love this one!
