2012 Gold Mini-Brick Ripe
What a great find we have here. This 2012 5 gram mini-brick, wrapped in gold foil is a winner! We love the dried fruit notes that abound in this well-aged ripe. It’s sweetness balances very well with the earthy notes, creating harmony on the tongue.
Follow the instructions under the “Additional Info” tab and have a tea-riffic time! You’ll want a bunch of these around, some to drink now and some for aging. This is a very fine tea.

Basic Brewing Instructions:
Ripe Pu'er may be given two 5-10 second rinses with the same temperature water as used for brewing. This primes the leaf and warms the pot.
212˚ F water temperature.
Use 1 mini per 8 Oz. of filtered water. Some customers use 1 mini in 4 to 5 ozs and others use 1 mini in 16 ounces. Find your sweet spot.
Recommended first steeping of 30 seconds - 1 minute. Add 30 seconds to one minute for each subsequent infusion.
