Coming in at around 10 grams per pearl, these are on the larger size in our mini-ripe collection, suitable for a stronger experience in a smaller pot or for sharing with a friend in a larger pot. We think this mini-ripe is quite good and we had so many people asking about it since it is included in our mini-variety packs that we decided to offer this on its own.

Basic Brewing Instructions:
Ripe Pu'er may be given two 5-10 second rinses with the same temperature water as used for brewing. This primes the leaf and warms the pot.
212˚ F water temperature.
Use 1 mini per 8 Oz. of filtered water. Some customers use one mini in 4 to 5 ozs and others use one mini in 16 ounces. Find your sweet spot.
Recommended first steeping of 30 seconds - 1 minute. Add 30 seconds to one minute for each subsequent infusion.
Tea brewing is meant to be a joyful exploration. There are no hard and fast rules. Experiment with the quantity of tea that you use, and steeping times. Enjoy discovering what your preferences are. They may change day to day.
