What a hoot it was to get this Mandala Tea exclusive pressing together!
These delicious leaves were picked in spring 2023 from trees growing in Menghai County, Yunnan Province, nourished with fresh, clean air. Expertly processed (2023), this tea yields a super clean and thick flavor with no off-putting post-fermentation funk. The leaves are beautiful and whole, the tea liquor rich, thick, with just the right balance between your favorite old book smell and the hints of chocolatey bitter and sweetness, with a hint of licorice in the aftertaste.

Basic Brewing Instructions:
Ripe Pu'er may be given two 5-10 second rinses with the same temperature water as used for brewing.
212˚ F water temperature.
Use 1-3 teaspoons per 8 Oz. of filtered water.
Recommended first steeping of 30 seconds - 1 minute. Add 30 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
Some drinkers prefer one very long steeping (10 to 20 minutes) and enjoy the full expression of the tea all at once.
Tea brewing is meant to be a joyful exploration. There are no hard and fast rules. Experiment with the quantity of tea that you use, and steeping times. Enjoy discovering what your preferences are. They may change day to day.
