A great way to sample our entire selection of ripe pu'er mini-tuochas! You will recieve a couple of each of our extensive variety allowing you to find your favorites, or introduce a friend to the world of pu'er tea.
Mini-Tuocha's make brewing Pu'er tea simple for being at the office, traveling, and to eliminate the often messy step of prying a larger cake apart. Just unwrap and drop it in your brewing vessel.

Basic Brewing Instructions:
Ripe Pu'er may be given two 5-10 second rinses with the same temperature water as used for brewing. This primes the leaf and warms the pot.
212˚ F water temperature.
Use 1 mini per 8 Oz. of filtered water. Some customers use 1 mini in 4 to 5 ozs and others use 1 mini in 16 ounces. Find your sweet spot.
Recommended first steeping of 30 seconds - 1 minute. Add 30 seconds to one minute for each subsequent infusion.
Tea brewing is meant to be a joyful exploration. There are no hard and fast rules. Experiment with the quantity of tea that you use, and steeping times. Enjoy discovering what your preferences are. They may change day to day.
