We Bulang Together 2020
We truly do love ripe tea from Bulang and are so excited to offer this prime example of ripe tea goodness to our customers. We Bulang Together was created using 2019 spring-picked material that was sun-dried immediately after picking and processing. The material was then pile ripened from October to November 2019 and the results are so very pleasing.
Rich, creamy, mild woody taste. Mineral flavors abound, especially in later infusions. The tea liquor coats the tongue, soothing it even in the presence of gentle dark chocolate-like bitterness. This is a keeper, folks and we recommend buying a few - some for drinking now and some for aging. These won’t last long as the pressing was limited to 200 cakes. A must-have for your ripe collection!

Basic Brewing Instructions:
Raw Pu'er tea may be given a 5-10 second rinse (Ripe Pu'er may be given two 5-10 second rinses) with the same temperature water as used for brewing.
195˚-212˚ F water temperature.
Use 1-3 teaspoons per 8 Oz. of filtered water.
Recommended first steeping of 30 seconds - 1 minute. Add 30 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
Tea brewing is meant to be a joyful exploration. There are no hard and fast rules. Experiment with the quantity of tea that you use, and steeping times. Enjoy discovering what your preferences are. They may change day to day.
