Quick tea tip for ya:
When coming back to re-steep your tea after the leaf and pot has cooled, we highly recommend pouring hot water over the leaf and then pouring that off prior to your resteep. Why? Because in order to get the fullest flavor, you’ll want the right temperature water and when hot water is poured over cool leaf in a cool pot, the water temp is drastically reduced.
