So excited to bring these to market! We’ve got an incredible 2011 vintage ripe coin, each weighing in around 7 grams (1/4 ounce). So convenient for travel and sharing with friends, all you need is boiling water and a mug and you’re dialed in!
Rich and smooth, a fantastic and healthy alternative to espresso, these coins will brew up a thick cup with hints of dark chocolate, mushroom and licorice. We adore these tasty coins and know you will too! Highly recommended and now included in our mini-tuocha variety packs, too!

Basic Brewing Instructions:
Ripe Pu'er may be given two 5-10 second rinses with the same temperature water as used for brewing. This primes the leaf and warms the pot.
212˚ F water temperature.
Use 1 mini per 8 Oz. of filtered water. Some customers use 1 mini in 4 to 5 ozs and others use 1 mini in 16 ounces. Find your sweet spot.
Recommended first steeping of 30 seconds - 1 minute. Add 30 seconds to one minute for each subsequent infusion.
Tea brewing is meant to be a joyful exploration. There are no hard and fast rules. Experiment with the quantity of tea that you use, and steeping times. Enjoy discovering what your preferences are. They may change day to day.
